Prado, Esq., is the founder and managing partner of Prado Núñez & Associates, P.S.C., where he has established a legacy of excellence in the legal profession across Puerto Rico, New York, and Florida. A highly respected attorney with an LLM in Taxation from New York University, Mr. Prado brings over 30 years of experience to high-profile cases, specializing in criminal law, entertainment law, intellectual property, taxation, labor and employment law, and constitutional law. His expertise spans complex federal cases and administrative proceedings, including matters involving OFAC sanctions. Additionally, Mr. Prado is highly proficient in securities law, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance, allowing him to expertly guide clients in structuring, negotiating, and executing financial transactions. His forward-thinking approach includes significant work in digital assets, providing clients with essential services in digital asset management, NFT creation, and regulatory guidance, as well as anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Prado has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry, where he has served as a trusted advisor to internationally recognized artists, record labels, and media figures. His roles have included Director of Business and Legal Affairs for El Cartel Records, business manager for renowned artist Daddy Yankee, and legal advisor for Anuel AA, among others. Gabriel A. Magraner Ortiz, Esq., a native of Cabo Rojo, is a promising attorney from a family of legal professionals, with his father being a retired judge. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. With a strong focus on Intellectual Property, Entertainment, Criminal, and Business Litigation, he combines excellent communication skills with expertise in legal research and document drafting. Also, a passionate musician, Magraner spent much of his adult life as a bassist, recording demos for local artists and touring with the Puerto Rican progressive metal band Puya. While early in his practice, Magraner’s dedication and growing skillset make him a valuable and rising talent within the firm.

Zulmarie Alverio Ramos is a prominent professional in the legal and educational fields Puerto Rico. With more than 20 years of experience as a book editor and of numerous publications on legal and educational topics, she has also served as a legal advisor for judges at the Puerto Rican Judicial Academy. Her career includes nearly a decade as an assistant prosecutor in the Department of Justice, in addition to her work as an educator and lecturer on legal and human rights issues, demonstrating her commitment to equity and social justice.
